The weather continues to surprise.
After the glorious summer, where the weather was
the main topic of conversation in and around Aberdeen, the weather continues to
surprise.
After the fantastic summer we've had everyone
expected that we would suffer this winter.
It seemed likely when the long days of
summer were suddenly ended by cold north winds and snow on the peaks in
September. But the weather has turned round again to surprise
us.
We are now in a spell of weather
where daytime temperatures have regularly reached 15 or 16C, making it hard to
realise we are now well into November. Even more suprising are the temperatures
of 10 to 12C overnight.
No doubt we'll
pay for it later!
