Halloween Disco
The first PTA event of the new session will be the 'Halloween' Disco which will be held on Friday 3 rd November in the school hall. The theme is 'Pop/Film stars'.
There will be two sessions:
For P1 to P3 pupils the disco will run from 6.00 pm to 7.15 pm. The P4 to P7 disco will run from 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm.
There will be a prize for the funniest, most original costume in each session, a lucky dip and a tuck shop selling juice, sweets etc.
Tickets cost £1.50 per child. For those children wishing to go, please fill out and detach the tear off slip below (please ensure that your child's name and class is written on the slip) Return this along with the correct money for the attention of Amanda Sellars by Thursday 12 th October to allow ticket distribution via the classes after the mid-term break.
We would be grateful for any help during the event, parents who would like to help at the disco, please indicate your availability by ticking one of the boxes on the tear off slip.
Forthcoming events
Fashion Show - 17 th November 7.00pm (School Hall)
In association with The Fountain, the PTA would like to invite you to an evening full of glamour! Clothes ranging from casual day wear to full wedding dress will be on show. Tickets cost £6.00 and includes a glass of wine and savouries. We do require models, so if anyone would like to volunteer please contact a member of the PTA committee. We would ask those interested in coming along to complete the attached tear off slip indicating how many tickets you wish to purchase before the 12 th October, please send no money at this time.
Meetings are held on a monthly basis and anyone who would like to get involved will be made very welcome. The next meeting of the PTA will be at 7:00pm on Monday 30 th .October in Link Room 3 at the school.

PTA Secretary
The post of PTA Secretary is currently vacant, we are looking for someone who can generate meeting minutes and assist in PTA correspondence. If anyone would like to offer their help as Secretary please contact a member of the PTA committee.
