Fashion Show
Thank you to everyone attended and special thanks go to those who gave their time to help out. It was a great success and helped boost the PTA funds by nearly £600.
Christmas Post
The Christmas post for addresses within the village will be commencing on Friday 1st until the 18th December, please make use of the service.
To summarise:-
Post boxes will be located – inside the school entrance, Beauty Matters, Somerfield, and the Chemist.
Deliveries will take place commencing the 9th and again on the 18th December
Price for each card is 10p. Please clearly address your cards and secure in a bag along with the correct money and place in the post box.
We are looking for volunteers to help distribute the cards this year and if you would like to help please call Jane on 633005.
School Mascot Teddies
The loveable bear is only £4.95 and can be viewed at the school entrance, they would make an ideal present this Christmas. If you would like to purchase a teddy, please complete and return the attached slip along with your money.
Helpers wanted !
We would like to thank everyone who has helped and offered to help at the various PTA fund raisers throughout the past year, your help is appreciated by all and especially the children who gain the most from all your efforts.
We would like to introduce a ‘list’ of parents that are willing to help next year, if you would like to volunteer please complete and return the attached tear off slip.
Next PTA meeting
Meetings are held on a monthly basis and anyone who would like to get involved will be made very welcome. The next meeting of the PTA will be at 7:00pm on Monday 29th January in Link Room 3 at the school.
PTA Secretary
The post of PTA Secretary is currently vacant, we are looking for someone who can generate meeting minutes and assist in PTA correspondence. If anyone would like to offer their help as Secretary please contact a member of the PTA committee.
