Thank you to those who took the time to respond. We intend keeping a list of helpers, which is now looking a lot healthier!
What we propose to do is work our way down the list, and ask your availability for each event as it approaches. If you don’t get contacted it just means that we have enough volunteers for that event and that we will start further down the list for the next one. So the more volunteers we get the better.
Should you be able to dedicate a little time to help now and again at these fundraising events, and you have not returned a slip yet, we would really appreciate it if you could complete and return the tear off slip below.
As you will see from the Forthcoming events below, we intend going ‘all out’ to raise as much money for the children as possible.
Race Night 22nd June (Kintore Public Hall) 7.30 pm
Tickets cost £5 and include welcome drink !
You should have received a slip along with the School Bulletin (No 15), however requests for tickets can be made via the school office or by contacting Carol on 07746 669810 or Julie on 07779 607389.
PTA (AGM) 26th June (School Hall)- Not to be missed !
There will be presentations from the various school working groups including the class representatives, refreshments and entertainment for everyone.
School Disco 29th June (School Hall) - Shorts & Shades
Entry costs £1.50, this can be handed in along with the completed permission slip at the door on the night. (All children must be collected after each session,
Junior Session – 6.00 pm -715 pm
Senior Session – 7.30 pm – 8.45 pm
School Disco September (date to be advised)
Bag 2 School September 25th (bags will be distributed a week earlier)
Quiz Night September 28th (School Hall) more details to follow
Football Tournament September (hopefully but we need volunteers!)
