Annual General Meeting
27th September 2011 at 7pm in Kintore School
Unapproved Minutes
PRESENT: Kenny Thomson, Joan Thomson, Councillor Fergus Hood, Councillor Martin Ford, Councillor Nan Cullinane, Drew Cullinane, Sheila Gray, Ann Marston, Lesley Monaghan, and Linda Paterson.
1. WELCOME: Kenny opened the Meeting and welcomes all the above.
2. APOLOGIES: Ava Rennie
3. MINUTES OF AGM 16th OCTOBER 2010 :Copies were circulated at Meeting and were approved.
4. MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES : None
5. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT: Kenny had circulated his Report prior to the Meeting and approved.
6. TREASURER’S REPORT: Joan circulated copy of Report at the Meeting.(Copy to be e-mailed by Joan/Kenny.
7. ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS: Kenny Thomson (Chairman),Graham McDonald(Vice Chairman) and Linda Paterson(Secretary) expressed their intention to step down from their posts.
NEW OFFICE BEARERS AS FOLLOWS:
CHAIRMAN: Kenny Thomson to continue until a replacement is found.
It was suggested to approach Mr. Peter Mark with regarding Chairman’s position.
VICE CHAIRMAN: Vacant
TREASURER: Joan Thomson
SECRETARY: Sheila Gray (to deal with post, e-mails and mail)
KDCC to advertise for someone to attend Monthly KDCC Meeting s write up and circulate Minutes. This may be a paid post.
PLANNING ADVISOR: Drew Cullinane.
COMMITTEE MEMBERS: Lesley Monaghan, Ann Marston, Ava Rennie, Isabel Stirling and Linda Paterson.
