Community Care is an Aberdeen-based Scottish charity that
provides supportive services for children and adults with
learning disabilities and other special needs.
Our vision for children in danger of social
exclusion: They are supported, on an individual basis and according to individual
needs, to participate and use all mainstream and community leisure
services and activities that they wish to use or experience;
That society values and has positive attitudes towards them;
That they enjoy the highest quality of life possible; and
That they, and their families, are involved in and supported to make
informed choices about their inclusion in the planning and development of
social and leisure services that affect them.
